Express Panel (SMS Panel)
If you need a rapid clarification—or feel that “we needed those answers yesterday”—the Express Panel may be the right solution. It provides answers to your questions within just a few hours.
Surveys are distributed to panel members via SMS and can be used for anything from a quick pulse check within a target group to a representative survey with a minimum of 1,000 respondents (for representative studies, results are weighted post-fieldwork).
We established the SMS panel in 2014 and today have almost as many participants in the Express Panel as in our web panel, with a balanced distribution across gender, age, and geography. Additional recruitment has been carried out in the largest cities to enable more robust metropolitan studies.
Participants in the Express Panel are recruited to take part in surveys lasting up to three minutes, and the solution is therefore suitable for shorter questionnaires. Beyond survey length, there are no limitations compared to web surveys conducted through the Respons Panel.
Respondents are incentivized for their participation, depending on the scope of the survey.
